Author: Stuart Meldrum Date: Wednesday, 24th Mar 2010Highlights from interviews given by Ian McCall and Jim McIntyre after the game against Partick Thistle at East End Park.
Ian McCall
Ian opens by explaining that he thought Dunfermline were terrific at times in the first half and played like a side that could win the league. His own side played better in the second half and although he isn`t claiming they deserved to win the match, he believes they are over due a good result. McCall is not entertaining the thought of a championship challenge and is taking each game as it comes.
Jim McIntyre
Jim believes that the game was there to be won at half time and the chances that presented themselves should have been taken. On the goalkeeping blunder, the manager is very philosophical, explaining that it was an honest mistake and that keepers are there to be shot down for making such glaring errors. The injury to Davie Graham is to his hamstring and Calum Woods also tightened up in the second half, both will be assessed in the next few days as the club are currently struggling to fill the bench.
